LU 5 Acupuncture Point is called as chǐ zé.chǐ means ruler, or ulnar. ze means marsh. Chi refers to the ulnar aspect of the arm(from the wrist to the elbow). The point is in the depression of the elbow fossa at the ulnar aspect. The Qi of the meridian is infused here, like water flowing into a marsh.
