SP 12 Acupuncture Point is called as chōng mén. Ching means pass and men means door. The point is in Qi “street” and is an important door for the passage of the Qi of the meridian

3.5 cun lateral to REN-2 (upper border of pubic symphysis), lateral side of femoral artery
In the inguinal region, on the lateral side of the femoral artery, 3.5 cun lateral to the anterior midline. Needle perpendicularly 0.5 – 1 cun.
