HT 4 Acupuncture Point is called as líng dào. Ling means Mind. Dao means pathway. The heart dominates the mind. This point is in the depression on the radial side of the tendon of m. flexor carpi ulnaris; it is like a pathway leading toward the mind.

On the palmar surface of the forearm, 1.5 cun proximal to the transverse wrist crease, on the radial side of flexor carpi ulnaris tendon. Needle perpendicularly 0.3 – 0.5 cun.
