KI 14 Acupuncture Point is called as Si Man. Si means fourth. Man means fullness. This is the fourth point of the Kidney meridian on the abdomen and is indicated in abdominal distention.

In the pubic region, 3 cun superior to the symphysis pubis, 0.5 cun lateral to the anterior midline, at the level of CV 5. Needle perpendicularly 0.5 – 1 cun.
