GB 19 Acupuncture Point is called as Nao Kong. Nao means Brain. Kong means Cavity. This point is lateral to the occipital bone and internally related to the brain. It is indicated in treating mental disorders.

In the occipital region, 2.25 cun lateral to the posterior midline, at the level of the upper border of the external occipital protuberance. Needle subcutaneously 0.3 – 0.5 cun.
