BL 28 Acupuncture Point is called as Pang Guang Shu. PangGuang means Bladder. Shu means Point. This point is the place where the Qi of the Bladder is infused into the back.

In the sacral region, 1.5 cun lateral to the posterior midline, at the level of the second posterior sacral foramen. Needle perpendicularly 0.8 – 1.2 cun.
