BL 58 Acupuncture Point is called as Fei Yang. Fei means to fly. Yang means Lifting. This point is a Luo Connecting Point on the lateral aspect of Leg and the collateral of the meridian flies out from this point to the Kidney Meridian.
BL 58 Acupuncture Point Location
On the posterior leg, 7 cun superior to BL 60 posterior to the lateral malleolus, and 1 cun inferior to BL 57, 8 cun inferior to BL 40 at the popliteal crease. Needle perpendicularly 0.7 – 1 cun.
