HT 1 Acupuncture Point is called as jí quán. Ji means summit. Quan means Spring. This point is in the centre of the armpit; the local depression is like a Spring.

In the axillary fossa when the arm is abducted, medial to the axillary artery. Needle
perpendicularly 0.5 – 1 cun.
