KI 1 Acupuncture Point is called as Yong Quan. Yong means to gush. Quan means Spring. Water welling up is called a Gushing Spring. This point is on the depression of the Sole. The Qi of the meridian flows upwards like a gushing Spring.

On the sole of the foot, between the second and third metatarsal bones, one-third the distance from the webs of the toes to the heel. Needle perpendicularly 0.3 – 0.5 cun.
