LI 11 Acupuncture Point is called as qū chí. Qu means crooked. Chi means Pond. When the arm is bent, the depression at the elbow is like a pool and this point is inside it.
LI 11 Acupuncture Point Location
On the lateral side of the cubital crease when the elbow is close to full flexion. Needle perpendicularly 1 – 1.5 cun.
At the elbow, midway between LU-5 and the lateral epicondyle of the humerus
