LI 13 Acupuncture Point is called as shǒu wǔ lǐ. Shou means arm. Wu means Five. Li means Cun in ancient times. This point is on the upper arm, 5 cun below tianfu(LU 3).

3 cun proximal to LI-11
On the lateral brachial region, 3 cun superior to LI 11, on the line connecting LI 11 at the cubital crease and LI15 inferior to the acromion. Needle perpendicularly 0.5 – 1 cun.
