LI 16 Acupuncture Point is called as jù gǔ. Ju means Huge. Gu means Bone. The clavicle was called Jugu in ancient times. This point close to its acromial end.

On the superior aspect of the scapular region, in the depression posterior to the acromial extremity of the clavicle and anterior to the scapular spine. Needle obliquely 0.5 – 0.7 cun.

Medial to acromion process, between lateral end of clavicle and scapular spine
