LR 10 Acupuncture Point is called as zú wǔ li. Zu means lower limbs. Wu means Five. Li used to mean cun in ancient times. This point is on the lower limbs, 5 cun above Jimen(SP 11)
LR 10 Acupuncture Point Location
On the medial thigh, on the lateral border of abductor longus muscle, 2 cun along the tendon/muscle from its attachment near the pubic symphysis and 3 cun inferior to ST 30. Needle perpendicularly 0.5 – 1 cun.
