ST 1 Acupuncture Point is called as chéng qì. Cheng means to receive. Qi means Tears. This point is below the eye, a place for receiving Tears.

One the face, on the inferior border of the orbit, in the orbicularis oculi muscle, directly below the pupil when eyes are focused forward. Needle perpendicularly 0.5 – 1 cun.

Between eyeball and infraorbital ridge, directly below pupil
