ST 28 Acupuncture Point is called as shuǐ dào. Shui means Water. Dao means Passage. The Deep Region of the point corresponds to the Small Intestines and is close to the Bladder, pertaining to the Lower Jiao, where waterway passes.

On the lower abdomen, 3 cun inferior to the umbilicus and 2 cun lateral to the anterior midline, at the level of CV 4. Needle perpendicularly 0.7 – 1.2 cun.
