Thirst

  1. Determine the quantity of the water you drink based on your thirst level at that particular time
  2. Drink water only when you are thirsty.
  3. If we drink water without feeling thirsty, then we are adding wastes in the form of water to our body. Our renal system should over work to eliminate such wastes from your body to keep your body in a healthy state.
  4. Your thirst level is the measurement for how much water you need to drink.
  5. The quantity of the water we take more than the quantity of water required for the thirst level are wastes we add to our body.
  6. The quantity of the water we take less than the quantity of water required for the thirst level are water deficiency we create in our body which in turn can result in energy deficiency.

தாகம் எடுக்கும் போது தாகத்தின் அளவைப் பொறுத்து தண்ணீர் அருந்துங்கள். தாகம் எடுக்காதபோதும், தேவைக்கு அதிகமாகவும் தண்ணீர் பருகாதீர்கள்.தாகம் இன்றி தண்ணீர் பருகினால் அது கழிவு.
