BL 12 Acupuncture Point is called as Feng Men. Feng means Pathogenic Wind. Men means Door. This point is located where it is easily invaded by the pathogenic wind and is good for treating the diseases caused by the Wind. This point is therefore considered as the door of the pathogenic wind.
BL 12 Acupuncture Point Location
On the upper back, 1.5 cun lateral to the lower border of the spinous process of the second thoracic vertebra (T2). Needle subcutaneously 0.3 – 0.5 cun.
