BL 59 Acupuncture Point is called as Fu Yang. Fu means Tarsus. Yang is Yang of Yin-Yang. Yang here means exterior and superior. This point is on the superior aspect of the tarsus and on the lateral aspect of the Leg.

On the posterior surface of the leg, 3 cun superior to BL 60 posterior to the lateral malleolus. Needle perpendicularly 0.5 – 1 cun.
