BL 65 Acupuncture Point is called as Shu Gu. Shu means bundle up. Gu means Bone. ShuGu is an ancient name of the head of the 5th metatarsal. This point is on the lateral inferior aspect of the head of the fifth metatarsal.

On the lateral foot, in the depression posterior and inferior to the fifth metatarsophalangeal joint. Needle perpendicularly 0.3 – 0.5 cun.
