CV 15 Acupuncture Point is called as Jiu Wei. Jiu means TurtleDove. Wei means Tail. This point is below the xiphoid process of the sternum which looks like a turtledove’s tail.

In the epigastric region, on the anterior midline, 1 cun inferior to the xiphoid process and 7 cun superior to the umbilicus. Needle obliquely (downward) 0.4 – 0.6 cun.
