PC 3 Acupuncture Point is called as Qu Ze. Qu means Curve. Ze means Marsh. The Qi of the meridian infuses into the shallow depression of the elbow like water flowing into a marsh.

At the elbow, on the ulnar side of the biceps brachii tendon, medial to the brachial artery. Needle perpendicularly 0.5 – 0.7 cun.
