SI 10 Acupuncture Point is called as nāo shū. Nao means muscle prominence of the Upper Arm. Shu means Point. This point is on the upper arm, where the Qi of the Meridian is infused in.

On the posterior shoulder, with the arm in abduction, in the depression inferior and lateral to the scapular spine, 1 cun superior to SI 9 . Needle perpendicularly 0.5 – 1 cun.

Below spine of scapula, superior to posterior axillary crease
