ST 4 Acupuncture Point is called as dì cāng. Di means Earth. Cang means Granary(a large building for storing grains). The Five grains grown on the earth. The grain enters the Stomach through the Mouth, as if going into a Granary. This point is at the corner of the Mouth.

On the face, in the oral region, 0.5 cun lateral to the corner of the mouth, in line with the pupil when the eyes are focused forward. Needle subcutaneously 1 – 1.5 cun.
