ST 42 Acupuncture Point is called as chōng yáng. Chong means Important Place. Yang is the Yang of YinYang. This point is where the chongyang pulse is located(arteria dorsalis pedis)

On the dorsum of the foot, 1.5 cun inferior to ST 41, in the depression between the second and third metatarsals and cuneiform bones. Needle perpendicularly 0.3 – 0.5 cun.

On the dome of the foot, in the depression formed by the second and third metatarsal bones and the cuneiform bones
